Contact

Speak to a director.

There is no central call-handling team. Every enquiry is read, and almost every initial commissioning call is taken, by one of the two directors. We respond within two working days.

In an emergency

If a child is at immediate risk of harm, do not wait for us. Telephone:

  • • 999 - Police / Ambulance
  • • 0808 800 5000 - NSPCC Helpline
  • • Childline: 0800 1111 (free, confidential, for the child themselves)
  • • Suffolk MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) - [REQUIRES USER INPUT: current MASH number]

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead can be reached during the working day via the office telephone above.

Visits & open days

We do not run formal open days. We do invite you in.

Every commissioner is invited to visit before signature. We deliberately keep visits small - typically one or two adults at a time - to protect the regulation of the young people on placement.

  1. Email or telephone the office to book a 60-minute visit.
  2. We confirm a date that does not clash with a high-arousal point in any current placement.
  3. You meet a director, walk the kitchen, see the equipment, ask anything.
  4. We follow up with the SLA pack and any specific quote.
